After graduating with honours from the University of Guelph with a degree in Business Marketing & Management, Jay began his career in 2005 as a Mortgage Specialist with CIBC. His early career provided him with a solid foundation, and he quickly developed a reputation for being a polite, honest, and trustworthy agent who always puts his clients’ needs first.
In 2008, after three successful years with CIBC, Jay made the switch to the broker side, where he has since flourished. Over the years, Jay has consistently outperformed expectations, growing his business year after year, and earning numerous production awards for his achievements. Known for his exceptional organizational skills and communication abilities, Jay is dedicated to providing top-notch customer service that ensures his clients are always informed and supported throughout the mortgage process. Jay recently joined the Mortgagebroker.ca team as a Managing Partner and now brings all of his exceptional qualities, knowledge, and expertise to the team!

With over 23 years of experience, Todd established a career in the mortgage industry and holds the title of Accredited Mortgage Professional with the Financial Services Commission of Ontario. Todd obtained the title as # 1 Mortgage Agent for Scotiabank across the country. He has also been listed in the Canadian Mortgage Professionals top 75 mortgage brokers across the country since 2014, and top 25 brokers with smaller markets since 2014. In 2018 Todd was nominated for National Broker of the year.
Todd is married and has two boys. He is an avid traveler, and in his spare time he enjoys golf in the summer, and in the winter when he is not carting his two boys in between arenas – you can find him on the ice himself.
